Privacy Policy
Effective October 4, 2026
This policy explains what personal data Keinan Publishing collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers this website (keinan.io) and software published or operated by Keinan Publishing that connects to Google services on behalf of the people who authorize it.
Who we are
Keinan Publishing is a software and consulting business based in New York, run by Yaniv Keinan. We are the controller of the data described here.
This website
The website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. It is hosted on Vercel, whose servers keep standard request logs (such as IP address, time and page requested) for security and operations, under Vercel's privacy policy. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your browser's request for the font files. We collect nothing else from visitors.
Software that connects to Google services
Some of our software connects to Google services, such as Gmail and Google Calendar, through Google's APIs, after the person who owns the Google account grants access on Google's consent screen. The access is used only to provide the features that person asked for, for example reading and organizing their own mail, preparing drafts for their review, and creating or updating events on their own calendars.
- What we access: only the Google data covered by the permissions the user grants, and only for that user's own account.
- Where it lives: access tokens and any processed data stay on the authorized user's own devices and systems. We do not copy Google user data to servers we operate for other purposes.
- Who sees it: no one else. We do not sell Google user data, share it with third parties, or use it for advertising. It may be disclosed only when the law requires it.
- Automated processing: Google user data is not used to develop, improve or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models. Where a model helps process a user's own data for a feature that user requested, a person reviews the result before anything is sent or changed on their behalf.
Keinan Publishing's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Retention and deletion
Access lasts until you revoke it. You can revoke it at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which invalidates the tokens our software holds. Locally processed data is kept only as long as the feature needs it and is deleted on request.
Services operated for organizations
Products we run for client organizations, such as Donor Connect, process data under the agreement with each organization, which governs that data. This policy covers the website and our Google-connected software, not those agreements.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to Keinan Publishing, New York, through the contact details on the home page, and we will answer within 30 days.
Changes
When this policy changes, the new version is published here with a new effective date.
